G&A Launches Practical Guide to CSA, Marking Role as CSA Partner Firm Under S&P Global’s CSA Consultant Accreditation Program

The S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) is a leading benchmark of corporate sustainability performance, but it can be demanding for companies to participate due to its industry-specific methodology, evidence requirements, and annual timelines.

G&A is proud to be one of the initial accredited firms of the S&P Global CSA Consultant Accreditation Program. With more than 15 years of experience working alongside companies preparing for the CSA, G&A also served as a pilot participant to help test the Program, which provides consultants with specific training about the CSA methodology.

Drawing on its long-term expertise and its role as a CSA Partner Firm, G&A has developed “S&P Global CSA at a Glance: A Practical Guide for Companies.” The guide explains the basics of the CSA and shows how companies can put their results to work. Authored by G&A’s three CSA Accredited Consultants, the guide draws on the team’s hands-on experience supporting companies through the CSA.

G&A’s Practical Guide includes:

An overview of the CSA’s industry-specific scoring methodology

The CSA participation process and how assessment results are used

plus-blue-3

How companies can use their results for peer benchmarking, identifying gaps, and setting sustainability priorities

plus-blue-3

How CSA results inform eligibility for the Sustainability Yearbook and indices administered by S&P Dow Jones Indices, including the Dow Jones Best-in-Class Indices

G&A’s team includes three team members who have completed S&P Global’s official in-depth training to become CSA Accredited Consultants: Alizah Mooman, Vice President, Sustainability Consulting; Natali Alsunna, Senior Sustainability Analyst; and Natalia Menezes, Senior Sustainability Analyst. Our CSA Accredited Consultants help companies transform assessment feedback into measurable progress by strengthening disclosures, closing performance gaps, and establishing the documentation structure needed for more efficient submissions. Companies that are not formally invited to participate can also use the CSA as a strategic tool. Learn how our CSA Accredited Consultants can support your organization’s CSA journey year over year.
